All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Our products are shipped via secure international logistics. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

* **United Kingdom & Europe:** 17–24 business days
* **Australia & New Zealand:** 18–25 business days
* **Other Countries:** 20–30 business days

3. Tracking Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
