We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs
* **Damaged or Incorrect Items:** If the item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [veronicawang2027@outlook.com] with photo/video evidence. We will cover the return shipping costs or issue a free replacement/full refund.
* **Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):** If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences, **the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees to our international warehouse.** Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items
